We generally work with site specific designs which take the natural features and challenges of your property into consideration. Once the concept is finalized this information is incorporated into the drafting of high quality construction blueprints. This typically represents a cost of between $15,000 and $20,000 for an average custom home, but is all included with a Linwood home package.
